We have chosen our location at 4030 Moorpark Avenue, Suite 119 to be convenient for adults and families in the South Bay communities.¬Ý We are near Saratoga Avenue, I-880 and I-280.¬Ý¬Ý

Individual Lessons:

Our faculty teach all individual lessons in series.¬Ý For optimal results six lessons are scheduled within a two week period. Students benefit from the skills each of our teachers bring to the series as the team collaborates to bring you the best possible Anat Baniel Method experience.¬Ý

Adult Classes

Weekly group classes are scheduled by the month. We provide general adult public classes, and a gentle, slow class for adults with neurological challenges such as MS, CP, fibromyalgia, or diabetes.¬Ý Currently we offer a Gentle Class in Fremont on most Wednesdays at 10:45 am.

ABM for Babies and Children:

Our Well Baby Checks are provided to make sure your healthy infant is off to a good start.¬Ý Babies from birth to 1 year are scheduled for lessons every three months.¬Ý Two practitioners see your baby and are available to answer any questions you have about your child’Äôs development.

Parent Education Nights are scheduled every one or two months.¬Ý Information about typical development, and how to enhance your child’Äôs learning experience will be presented.¬Ý

Special Needs Children:

Series of individual lessons are available for children with special needs.¬Ý This work is helpful for Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental disorders, Scoliosis, Brachial Plexus Injury, undiagnosed neurological conditions, as well as others.¬Ý We receive referrals from neurologists, chiropractors, PTs, etc.¬Ý Most insurances do not cover this work at this time.¬Ý We accept check or credit card.

Articles, Books, Tapes, and DVDs are available in our public library to learn more about the Anat Baniel Method, Feldenkrais, Health, Wellness, and other related topics.¬Ý We will be building these resources as we have the opportunity.

DVD Sets for Sale

Purchase DVD sets and do the Anat Baniel Method at home.¬Ý DVDs created by Anat Baniel are available for sale in our Center.¬Ý They will be an important part of your process as you improve your action in the world.¬Ý
